Joe Cardona
Joe has been in construction since 1990 when he returned to the United States after living in Uruguay for six years. He has passed the Building Analyst and Shell Analyst written exams necessary for certification by the Building Performance Institute. He is currently studying to become a HERS rater through Resnet. He is a Professional Level Certified Installer recognized by the MW Window Company, and a Green Advantage Contractor recognized by the US Green Building Council. As the former President of a residential rough framing firm, he led his company in receiving multiple awards, such as Rookie of the Year, Trade Partner of the Year, MVP of the year, and other awards of recognition. Spanish and English are both his primary languages.

Randal Cardona
Randal has been in construction since 2000 when he moved back to the United States after living in Uruguay for twelve years. He has extensive experience in residential framing and investigating areas of concern. He is training to become certified as a Building Analyst and a HERS rater. He is perfectly fluent in English and in his primary language of Spanish.
